NBG EVENT is Louisville, Kentucky’s premier integrated wedding and event services company. We are a one-stop destination that unites three essential services—Décor, Attire, and Rentals—under one brand. Founded by Jean Claude Niyonsenga, our mission is to eliminate the stress of coordinating multiple vendors by providing a seamless, beautifully coordinated, and stress-free experience from a single, trusted team.
Think of us as your creative partner, logistical expert, and style curator all in one. Whether you are planning a wedding, a milestone birthday, or a corporate gala, we handle every detail so you can focus on celebrating. Our long-term vision is to expand into our own flagship event venue, the NBG Event Centre

Décor (Event Design & Styling)
We transform empty venues into breathtaking environments.
Services Include:
Custom ceremony arches, backdrops, and altar pieces.
Thematic design (rustic, modern, traditional, cultural, etc.).
Lighting design (uplighting, string lights, gobos, pin spots).
Ceiling and wall drapery.
Floral design (bridal bouquets, centerpieces, installations).
Full setup and breakdown on your event day.
Attire Collective (Wedding & Party Apparel)
We outfit the entire wedding party from head to toe.
Services Include:
Retail: Wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, groom’s suits, and accessories.
Rental: Tuxedos, suits, and authentic traditional cultural attire (e.g., African).
Alteration coordination with trusted local tailors.
Getting-ready apparel (personalized robes, etc.).
Rental (Event Infrastructure)
We provide the high-quality foundation for any event.
Services Include:
Furniture: Chiavari chairs, tables (round, banquet, cocktail), lounge sets.
Linens & Tabletop: Tablecloths, napkins, china, glassware, flatware, charger plates.
Infrastructure: Dance floors, stages, tents, portable bars, patio heaters.
Audio-Visual: PA systems, microphones, projectors.
Delivery, setup, and breakdown of all rental items.
